Frankie Fox, trading as Easy Loop, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with a purchase — a subscription or download credits — you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email on your receipt, or contact our support team and we'll help.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel anytime from your Account page under "Manage billing". You keep unlimited downloads until the end of the month you've paid for.
