Terms & Conditions

These terms form an agreement between you and Frankie Fox, trading as Easy Loop ("we", "us"), the provider of the Easy Loop video-to-loop converter. By creating an account or continuing to use the service you agree to these terms. If you use Easy Loop on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it; otherwise you confirm you are of legal age.

Who we are

Easy Loop is owned and operated by Frankie Fox, trading as Easy Loop. Frankie Fox is the seller of record for the services described in these terms and is the party you are entering into this agreement with.

The service

Easy Loop converts video clips into looping GIF, WebP and MP4 files. Conversion happens in your own browser — your media is never uploaded to us. Every account includes one free download; further downloads require a download credit or an active subscription.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details confidential and accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account. Team and Enterprise owners are responsible for the people they add as seats.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful use, fraud or spam.
• No infringing anyone's intellectual property — only convert content you have the right to use.
• No interfering with the service's security (malware, probing, scraping), reverse engineering, reselling, or circumventing download limits.

Your content and intellectual property

You keep all rights to the videos you convert and the files you create, and you are responsible for having the rights to them. We retain ownership of the Easy Loop software, branding and documentation and grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it within your plan. Rights holders can report infringement to us; accounts that repeatedly infringe will be suspended.

Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, renewal and cancellation are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled; cancelling keeps access until the end of the paid period.

Service level

We work hard to keep Easy Loop running, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law the service is provided "as is", and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law forbids it.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You can delete your account at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms and will note the date above. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
